Like somebody suggested previously, I think you should aim to have a program that removes as much as possible while keeping windows fully functional. So if the removal of these two fonts can cause problems, then either there should be no option to remove them, or at least a warning should be given. The average user will not know which fonts are essential and which are not - and there are loads of unnecessary fonts that can be safely removed.

As far as I can tell, windows 8.1 is now fully functional for me, except that I can't change user account picture. That is the only remaining issue.

Hey, I support this guy, Winter. Those two fonts shouldn't be available for removal at all. I think there are way too much fonts available for removal. It could cause problems for amateur users.

OK, guys, so if I include them in the "Preset - Keep Important Files", is that OK for you ?

I REALLY think they shouldn't be available at all, Winter. They are just two fonts, I mean, you would save just like a MB when removing them, lol... Plus, they are the cause of an issue. I don't think they should be in WinReducer at all.

BTW, I've been testing a lot of images. My current working boot.wim file is 160 MB. I have to do a lot of testing with the install.wim file though. I always end up getting some trouble.

do you guys mind sharing a starting config file as "gaming" config? if we use the same starting config we should iron out everything faster...

I'm still unable to install language packs, i've tried to not touch any components that seems they could even remotely touch something that has to do with installing and languages or updates, but it still messes up something.

its working ok or not ? or we must waiting for final version i want just remove some stupid components

There are always a couple of small bugs and there will be small bugs in the final also.
So why don't you try to make your own iso and install it in a vm ?

i try it from my iso WINDows 8.1 pro with rollup update i remove some components also disable something now my wim file has 1.46 GB and before original iso it was 2.2GB   

but i dont try integrated updates cos i dont know which updates can be integrated which not and which updates are integrated into this rollup ISO

If you have a standard vm without anything removed and copy that file to your reduced vm, it will probably work perfectly....

no i dont check this automatic and this protected   

and which updates you integrated ? from where any program or ?

cos i dont know which updates is on this iso with rollup   i have team viewer we can cooperated no probl

i dont use this wmware or something else

Bugs (will double check):

Removing cursor standard doesn't remove it it seems.
Maybe an option for the user to select the cursor scheme and then delete the others they don't want including standard

we must have list of that what is safe to delete or remove what is not    also when we want int. updates we must have list of updates which can be integrated into this rollup iso

i use GImage X but it dont show me updates into wim any other software ?

I really happy to be back in the forum, because I've been sick in the last few days ... so I haven't work on WinReducer.   

But I'm working on preparing the build v0.99.4 which I want release today ... I've integrated KrX's translation correction ... I will let you know later today ...

2. You could remove almost all components but you will loose the according functionalities  . And this why wccf files will be available in the next build (... with Windows Updates tool )

1. I haven't search to separate ModernUI - File Manager and Skydrive. But you could add a post in the requests forum I will try to have a look on it
2. For cursors : Standard cursors are not aero cursors, and I will never remove aero cursors ..

@Blaireau : Yes, it will be faster. One member has informed us that he won around 8-9 fps in-game but I don't remember who

yes i run this windows update download there are list for 8.1 there are 9 security updates and non sec updates but i dont know if this updates are no integrated into this wim from rollup iso 

cos i write this q. how can i view which updates are integrated into this iso Windows 8.1 pro with rollup i have this Win_Pro_8.1_32BIT_Czech_MLF_X18-96666

p.s. this hotfix downloader 4.5 not work cos this server is offline

If your ISO is a rollup updated ISO so 3 updates are already integrated :
- KB2883200
- KB2894029
- KB2894179

yes its updated iso from MS 

now which updates can be integrated ? now i see this downlaoder 4.5 consists general updates, hotfixes, and security updates  i do down all and integrated all    maybe it was ok

now 27 updates   waiting to finish i send this log  

I never used such software, so I don't know much about them ... I will start to configure WinReducer Updates Tool, so you will be able to use it for the end of the week, if you prefer integrate updates like this ...

this downloader 4.5 is only for download all updates it was nothing with winreducer

 on wintoolkit when i open wim.file it show me some components always green also this which i deleted hmm

Wintoolkit doesn't work for component removal on windows 8.1 atm. It hasn't been updated.
