Like somebody suggested previously, I think you should aim to have a program that removes as much as possible while keeping windows fully functional. So if the removal of these two fonts can cause problems, then either there should be no option to remove them, or at least a warning should be given. The average user will not know which fonts are essential and which are not - and there are loads of unnecessary fonts that can be safely removed.
As far as I can tell, windows 8.1 is now fully functional for me, except that I can't change user account picture. That is the only remaining issue.

no its ok withe "Enable"
because the confirmation dialog is Disabled as default for windows 8.1 (tested with 5 different versions)
