Thats not a bad idea actually  
It could be a standalone executable that is provided with the WinReducer tool.
Although, winter is the guy who would have to do it, so i hope he wont mind me saying this

I hope that implementing my request will not represent too much work for WinterStorm2050 and that this standalone tool will become available as a separate download along with one of the next WinReducer releases.

The odds of having 2 notebooks with the same platform next to each other are rather thin, so a more flexible tool that would run on either 32 or 64 bit (any OS) systems would be highly appreciated.

Some useful options (that I might have missed in WinReducer... But if they are not there, probably you could add them):

- Disable auto defragment

- Disable indexing  <<-- I surely missed this one

- Place Safely Remove icon in taskbar

- Show drive letters before drive names

- Disable auto-maintenance (delete all maintenance tasks in Task Scheduler)

- Expand Explorer to current folder (if Navigation Pane is not set to hide)

- Set mouse pointer to default button

- Permanently DISABLE driver signature enforcement  <<-- This would be an EXCELLENT one in the "Tweaks" section

*Expert-WinSXS cleanup

that is  problem on optimization switchs

If we select It we can not install windows (we see on first step of windows installation
black screen)

Fortunately I did not select the "Expert-WinSXS cleanup" option... Probably because I don't consider myself an expert

It must be something else with your *.wccf because I use this option since its there I can install my winreducer iso without any problem.

Looks like you need to keep 'VIA' drivers in the 'Storage' section of driver removal. 
Otherwise, mount the wim and add it in manually and remake ISO...
Some ISO programs will allow you to save the ISO and it will still work..

The best choice should be to disable (or remove) the service "Windows Indexing Service" in WinReducer

1. "Expert - WinSxS Cleanup" is highly experimental and for testing purpose only, so you could use it with extreme precautions.
Create your own ISO without it. Then remount your ISO (in a 2nd time) to remove it to see if it break something.   
What do you mean by "black screen on firs of windows installation" : a blank screen during boot setup or the first time you log in Windows ?


2. Drivers section is highly dependent to your hardware, so if don't work then you need it (or you need to integrate your own ISO). theKramer already answer you about this few post ago.

What chipset is your motherboard? Is it AMD based?
The reason I ask is to find out if one has an AMD board, one needs to keep AMD SATA Controller, or if one has an Intel board, one needs to keep Intel SATA Controller, etc.
