I had a problem at the first boot configuration, after finishing the settings the user creation is skipped and the pc reboots, so i had to config again, but only happened once, after the 2 boot it works fine.
Also i get 2 windows explorer process after opening a folder, and i can't access windows properties through the "My Computer" desktop icon, only in the new UI.
EX-100 seems to work with Windows 10 LSTB builds ...
In your case, the 1st time reboot is not an error, Windows is upgrading important components. The bug we talked is an infinite loop : you are not able to create your account name due to a infinite loop in the privacy settings page !
I will see the trouble about the 2 windows explorer windows ... and if you want to keep windows properties (with my computer), just do not remove "Control Panel - System Settings"

About Edge, I've mentioned in the Changelog ("Under Investigation" section") : Edge (Engine) is not available due to severe troubles, I will check that as soon as I finished the Drivers part ...
