Network missing icon and corrupted icon after install

You must do the test to be for sure that extrem .wccf is working for you and after they success begin to add some modifications (not all !!!)
verify that they works and then add more modifications (not all !!) until you find the one they are not working.

You must do what Jpm said
If this did not work, it could be that You have a bootvirus .
Burn a DVD disk with a fresh untouched Windows 10
and install it.
Do not use a usb flash as if there is a virus,it wil add
code onto the usb flash ant You will be in the same problems
if the windows is installed run for safety a virusscan
then you can run Winreducer with an ewtreme wcf
without any other selection like Jpm said.
If this is not working then mayby the extreme wcf
does not fit your computer system.
in this case You will need to do it step by step,
I will tell You later hpw to do it the most easy  way
