ok after testing and testing and teeesting. The component which causes this problem is :

i will do some more tests and look which file exactly is causing it (or maybe its an registry value oO)

EDIT: Ok it seems the files are not the problem. So im now getting to the registry ..!

so, for all that get this error, the component

   

is causing it.

The problem is caused by this registry entrie:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Nls\Locale]
"0000042a"="e"


if removed -> error happens
entry kept -> everything is ok

Are there still any privacy rules to set? Or will nothing more be sent to Microsoft when the new components are removed?

You have to check every privacy setting within W10, even when telemetry is removed.
Removing telemetry does not mean, that nothing is sent to Microsoft.

I just discovered a bug in the "Settings" Modern UI apps, if you try to click on the "Location" button in the Privacy category. It simply crash the "Settings" Modern UI apps. I will see this later Smile

hi winter all right? The bugs have been resolved? I tried to include the images in the new version of winreducer100 and can not ... continue using Windows 7 as the operating system and the ISO to customize is the latest ISO provided by Microsoft.

I am not sure what you are referring to as "excellent"  Question as I just did another build and found nothing changed except for the Catalog Update and that is awesome, otherwise all the same bugs found.  However, I am waiting for all the exciting new and upcoming changes Winterstorm is cooking up for July.  Shocked
