[IMPLEMENTED] Possibility to change the sequence

Hi Winterstorm,
it would be very fine, if there would be a possibility to see or to change the sequence of integration of drivers and hotfixes and sfx-addons (in the OEM/OOBE-section) because I believe, it is very important in which sequence the integration is executed .

as i remember winterstorm changed the order to:

integrate updates -> remove components -> add drivers
