[IMPLEMENTED] Start Menu - Downloads Icon (Hide)

hi winterstorm,

for me the download icon is hidden from the start.

but i want to show it.

so i wanted to ask if you could add for all the reg tweaks "Start Menu - " so it will be like the "Run" tweak. (will be detected if it is shown/hidden and offer the opposite)

Download folder is hidden by default.
