i.e. Upload Screenshots:

Click on Browse, Select your Screenshot and Click on the blue Upload Button
After Uploading you can copy one of the links, like 2]

you just need to past the link here like this:

i have put a 12 in the [IMG] Tag to show you the link

if you just put it in the picture will we shown in your post

Upload a WCCF File or other Files:

go to a link shown above i.e.

http://multiupload.biz/

Click on Upload and select the file you want to upload
and Click again on Start Upload
after that click on the button COPY on the bottom of the page and past it here in your Post
