No not really.

you activated the "Active Desktop Centext Menu" and if you Input a Name i.e. "Shutdown" or "Shutdown PC" you will get a new entrie in the context menu if you right click on your Desktop names "Shutdown" or "Shutdown PC" .

so you only Need to Input a Name which will be displayed in the right click menu
