Prepare disk partitions for Windows 8.1

Is possible with Winreducer to create disk partitions.

( I ) Default: C: Partition is 99.5% of full disk space (system files takes some 300-500 MB)

( II) I want:
300-500 MB - System partition
C: exactly 30 GB of disk space (partition name OS)
D: exactly 100 GB (partition name DATA)
E: rest free disk space (partition name GAMES)
I want to use Letter R: for CD/DVD

I don't think this is a good idea to add such option, just because I find this to dangerous for general use. So you need to do it manually during Setup boot.
