I am using WinReducer 7.0 2.99.5.2 After I click  on the main windows, i.e.:

[ANSWERED] Winreducer 7.0 2.99.5.2 unhandled Exception errors Winred10

It shows an error message: 

[ANSWERED] Winreducer 7.0 2.99.5.2 unhandled Exception errors Winred10 

Please help!! After I press apply again, it shows:

[ANSWERED] Winreducer 7.0 2.99.5.2 unhandled Exception errors Winred11

please help!!  Shocked  Exclamation  Question  pale  Crying or Very sad  Sad

Hello,

This is a folder permission trouble. You need to choose a folder with full ownership access of the entire folder (Example : "C:\Users\%YOUR_USERNAME%") or take ownership of the folder, then restart WinReducer. It should be OK.
