I click "finish" and I wait finish the progress, and then I select "Save in a .ISO file" and wait again,but nothing happen! 
No .ISO file is created. Doesn't matter which folder I save.  Crying or Very sad

We need to know which WinReducer version are you using ? Thanks ...

I will release a new WinReducer 8.1 version tomorrow with many improvements for ISO creation, maybe this will solve your trouble !  Wink

Got the same problem: no iso file was created altough i got a message saying it was created
(I tried several times) 
I'm using 1.05 with Win8.1 original iso

EDIT: log file mention an error just saying this:"Diagnostic Policy Services"

Hello,

Are you sure to use all 32 bits version for all external tools (imagex,...) ? Sometimes it didn't work with 64 bits version of these tools ....

Maybe you should try What i did with Windows 7 . See under bugs Windows 7 iso creation.
