[ANSWERED] Install, keeping apps and settings

Hi!

What components do I need to keep to be able to install without a clean install (keeping my apps and settings)? The last time I tried I replaced the two wim files of the original installer with the modified ones, but as I recall the computer froze in the middle of the installation.
