[SOLVED] Some forgotten Tipps win version 1.0

hi winter,

while i was translating and testing i saw that some tipps arent shown (exist in .xml but not shown if marked) and 1 tweak that is not listed in the .xml


First the once that exist but not shown:





this one need to be renamed in the .xml (<Tips OfficialName="Explorer - Enable Preview Pane")
when renamed to "Pane" (original Panel) it is shown



and this one doesnt exist in the xml file
