Hi Winterstorm,
i have downloaded the final version but when i try to access to remove and services folder i see this situation:
as you can see, the buttons are inabled! why?

Hello,

I'm not able to use see your screenshot. But if you use WinReducer 8.1 and some Services are not accessible to remove, this is because they are not detected on your ISO (= they are not present on your ISO) and no action are required.

But if you could repost your screenshot, to be sure. Thanks !
