One rule :
If you want to create your own package you could use as an example, the Official Theme Pack, that is sticky in this forum. The "*.wr8" extension is just a rename for a "*.zip" file.
Moderation :
If you post your own package Theme Pack, you need to know that every packages will be inspected and if something will be find in it, your post will be removed without any advice.
