Winreducer 7: one file is missing in the zip

Hello,

When I start Winreducer 7 for the 1st time, it seems to mount the ISO, but then it complains about a missing file:

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

This file is not mention in the Readme, and it is not included in the zip file. Where can I get that file?
