This version is a pre-alpha build, with very limited functionalities, and is intended to be used as a test version, especially for startup improvements.
The next version (2024.2.0.3) will add the automatic software update and will be available next week (17 June to 21 June).
The next version (2024.3.0.3) will add the registration system and will be available the following week (24 June to 29 June).

You are able to manually download the installation zip package from 3 different official locations :

Dron48, the 3rd link should work for you.

About the future software updates (downloaded from the software) I will also add an alternate download server like in the EX-Series software.

It should solve your issue.

I started these pre-alpha version, but there was no functionality at all.
What is the purpose of this version? Does it replace later the other Versions?

Why is actually the main part of the forum closed? No one is able to report bugs, ask questions about how to use, or request any features?
