Smart Screen

J'utilise les mêmes settings que d'habitude mais cette fois , j'ai ajouté ceci : 
"Remove - Network" Name="Smart Screen" Selected="true"
J'ai formatté et il download les MAJ mais lors de l'installation de la MAJ cumulative mensuelle , pendant l'installation , il fait une erreur d'install...
J'ai fais quelques tests ce matin...dès que je touche à Smart Screen , y'a un trouble avec l'installation la cumulative mensuelle...
Dès que j'ôte ce nouveau setting , ça fonctionne à tout coup (4-5 tests sous win10 22h2 et win11 23h2 via VMWare) !!
Est-ce normal ??
