Hi vngochson
I already said You to do it step by step
It is not a good idea to run Winreducer with registry files.
You can easely test this registry step by step onto an installed and working windows,
and if this registry is tested step by step you can try to integrate it into Winreducer.
But I do not see why You should integrate registry files , programs and commands into
Winreducer, I always do it onto a working windows and this works always for me.
Do not seek it to far, do it the simply way and it shall work.

And For Info
-----------------
Do not use any registry editor based upon Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00,
They all give You false information and links.
Registry editors based upon REGEDIT4 are the only ones that will give You
correct info & links.
But the only I know of is Registrar Registry Editor
