explorer after installing windows can be started but tapping the partition immediately restarts and the open window disappears, if I add ribbon restore reg tweak explorer after this works correctly

Hello.

Yep i have same issue too probably some service i turn off or a tweak that i enable. Problem is it's gonna freaking hard to guess which LOL


EDIT: I discovered which options is making explorer crashing it's one these two:
a) Remove - Accessories - Imapi 
b) Remove - Accessories - Screen Reader
