Could you please provide more information about :
- your WinReducer version (EX-110 or EX-100)
- your windows iso (10 or 11) and edition (home, pro, ...) and architecture (x86 or x64)

Hi,
My Operating System is Windows 11, I have tried both Home and Pro versions to customise in both ex 100 and ex110 versions of Winreducer but, I get the same error message.
