I confirm the EX-110 is not already integrated in the Starter, Premium or VIP licenses, but they will be on Monday 18 October Wednesday 20 October.

No, you do not need to get a new complete VIP license ... because on Monday 18 October, you will get an exclusive and dedicated "VIP News" in your VIP Member Area to inform you on how to upgrade your VIP Member Area in order to add EX-110.
