Hello,

you need Net framework 4.8 and the vcruntime file (I will provide it in the zip package with the next version because Windows 11 needs this file to run EX-100) in the meantime please download this file and put it directly besides the "WinReducerEX100.exe" :
vcruntime140.dll

If possible please let me know the result. Thanks.

Download net framework 4.8 and install it. The system prompts that it already exists and cannot be installed.
vcruntime140.dll，This problem has been prompted when you start running, and you have installed it.

Looks like Windows or Vcruntime140.dll version is incorrect.

EDIT : EX-100 v3.0.1.0 has an issue with update integration under certain circumstances, it will be solved in v3.0.1.1 [VIP] and v3.0.2.0 [ALL] which will be available on 24 or 25 September [VIP] and Monday 27 September [ALL].
