BETA TEST schedule

Hello guys,

As promised, few days ago, this is the Beta Test Schedule, which starts the 1st October :

1st step : TRANSLATORS
* 1 October => Language Kit for translators = WinReducer Language File (in ".xml" format), ReadMe (in ".doc" format) and HowTo (in ".doc" format)

2nd step : LIFETIME VIP
* 5 October => 1st beta = Validation of Mounting, Extraction, Options (1st start, Themes, ...) and Unmounting

3rd step : ALL MEMBERS
* 7 October => 1st beta = Validation of Mounting, Extraction, Options (1st start, Themes, ...) and Unmounting, and Bugs Reports

4th step : LIFETIME VIP
* 10 October => 2nd beta = Validation of 1st components

5th step : ALL MEMBERS
* 12 October => 2nd beta = Validation of 1st components and Bugs Reports

6th step : LIFETIME VIP
* 15 October => 3rd beta = Validation of new components

7th step : ALL MEMBERS
* 17 October => 3rd beta = Validation of new components and Bugs Reports

8th step : PUBLIC
* 18-25 October => Final build release

Hi there,
Cool, October sounds pretty busy. It will also be quite busy for me, lots of business travels so I'll try my best for the beta testing and all.

I certainly agree.

At the time of this post, I'm about to test Winreducer v8.1 on my VM, along with the Angelique theme pack here. I've had problems with the bootscreen Image on the previous versions of Winreducer (error upon the first few seconds of formatting), so I hope this will work as Intended.

I shall post the outcome later tonight.

Good news, because I've hardly work on WinReducer 8.1 ... So I confirm the schedule in the 1st post ... the beta test will start as described ... Very Happy

Just an information : the 1st beta build will be ready in few days .... and it will be : WinReducer - v0.50 (beta)

it is very good 18-25 October => Final build release

my windows is 8.1RTM(6.3.9600) and winreducer 8 not work for me

you try release Build without Bug(Low Bug for beta and any Bug for Final)

winreducer 8.1 will be release

please add Registry tweaker for faster windows 8.1 and optimize internet
please add many component remover for low size iso windows s(windows size<1GB)

Yes It'll not be long to wait now for the 8.1 OK Smile

OK So for your 2 Requests The component remover Do NOT Worry there is Plenty of component removing Options in the 8.1 as well as the 8 Version. But to be able to get an ISO Down to 1GB will be very very Hard in deed & your Final Install will be very Limited in Deed.

But there is Plenty of tools to help you Reduce your ISO's OK.. cheers

As for the Registry tweaking then this is Up to the End User ( meaning YOU!! ) every system is not the same so it'll be up to you to add your Own Registry Tweaks.

OK, guys here we are :

WinReducer 8.1 v0.50 beta test will start tomorrow for Lifetime VIP members and 2 days later this 1st beta will be available for all members ....
