I am curious to know if WinReducer can do the following presets:
i) Have the taskbar by default rise by two rows universally.
ii) arrange all folders under detailed layout, in current view sort by date created descending and group by type ascending.
iii) Completely remove windows defender, delivery optimization, BITS and prevent preset windows updates from enabling themselves automatically without breaking Win 10.
iv) Pre-apply registry settings in a batch file into the installer OS file.
