Failed Installation because License Terms?

I have tried three times now with different configurations, and each time the installation aborts with this error message:

"The accepted license terms could not be installed on the computer."

What is this, where does this come from? And how can I solve the problem?

Are you using an AutoUnattend.xml file? If so, give it a try without.
If not, i would start by downloading a new ISO from Microsoft and start over, just to make sure the current ISO/files are not corrupted.
