Windows 10 21H1 19043.906 Start Menu doesn't Shows Off bug with EX-100 - v2.9.9.0

EX-100 - v2.9.9.0 bugs with Windows 10 21H1 19043.906

1. Start Menu doesn't Shows Off

2. System Tray doesn't works except for explorer.

3. Display Settings & Personalize doesn't work as well, looks like settings app is broken & not working.

Hi,

This is caused by Services > Encrypting File System Service (EFS).

You can disable the service without issues. Upon removal the start menu and tray icons stop working.
