[EX-100 v2.4.6.0] [20H1 Build 19041.685] PrivateInternetAccess VPN Software not connecting

I can't connect to the private internet access VPN server, it is not detecting my ip or connecting, does anyone know what I need to have enabled for the VPN software to function?

Okay, so If I disable my firewall, it will connect to the pia vpn server, but it doesnt show my ip or vpn ip info in the main window, like it normally does. It's just blank in the ip and vpn ip info spot.

it is a paid one.
if your contract finishes, better to move to NordVpn or Ewpress VPN
if yourVpn does not work, this is probably because  windows firewall blocks it.
in my case i removed windows firewall with Winreducer , this is only partly, but it will work
install then Tiny wall, this one can block most of outgoing & incoming  traffic
it can protect your host and also add  blocklists
in  network & internet settingx disable everything exept IP4 , the same for yout VPN adaptor.
in Winreducer services there is
IP Translation Configuration Service  
this one configures and enables translation from IP4 to IP6 and vice versa. , so do not remove this one
Ip4 is much safer than ip6 and easier to stop traffic
in tinywall manage only enable  Dns é Dhp client & Windows Time sync

I know this post is a bit old, but I think the actual issues with my wireless network, is the included drivers in the windows distribution, I've been mainly trying to use a reduced build based on Windows 10 18362.1256 (1903, or 19H1) and my vpn wasn't showing ip info, and within a  day or two, my network would stop working completely, I tried to disable, re-enable, reboot, with no success. Then I decided to remove the included INTEL wireless network drivers provided with the windows build, and just install the most recent ones available from Intel, and it fixed my problems. So I guess win 1903, or maybe just in general has drivers that are buggy with my wireless adapter which is an intel AC 9462 card. If this helps anyone with similar issues.
