[EX-100 - v2.4.5.0][Win10 20H1] Driver integration

In which file format do I have to store drivers in
C:\WinReducerEX100_x64\WORK\INTEGRATE\DRIVERS\x64\Install
so that they are integrated?

I tried with a *.msi file but nothing is integrated.

Using the *.inf folder structure with individual folders for each drivers ... for *.msi, you can use the OOBE integrated tool.
