winreducer-ex-100-v2410-all , a lot of bugs

I Winreduced Win 10 V2004H1 with winreducer-ex-100-v2410-all
All items were exactly the same as in version 2390
and they were manually selected to forcome errors with wccf
the iso was cleaned and updated + Net Framework 3.5
just like in version 2390
Result:
Clicking on the Start button showes the usual icons onto the Desktop
But when clicking onto the icons nothing is working
Rightclicking onto  the startbutton gives a menu, a few are working
Not working are;
App and Features
Power Options
System
Devicemanager
Settings
Network Connection
When clicking onto Network icon onto takbar,icons not working

Concerning winreducer-ex-100-v2390-all
I found today also a small bug
Rightclick onto startbutton,
selecting Network Connections
displays Settings

I forgot to mention that i also used  the ones that were moved to EXPERIMENTAL
And about EXPERIMENTAL , these items are not saved into the wccf file that is created

I just have the same happening with winreducer-ex-100-v2400-all
, this time iso not updated and not cleaned
i just inserted the 3 new items of version 2.4.0.0
- NEW : "Modern UI Apps - Framework (ApplicationFrameHost)"
- NEW : "Modern UI Apps - Framework (Windows Mixed Reality OpenXR)"

- NEW : "Multimedia - Bluetooth (Device Pairing)"
 into my working version 2.3.9.0 wffc  at he wright place 
and winreduced an untouched win 2004Hi iso
i have installed out of curiosity OpenShellSetup_4_4_160.exe.
with Openshell everything worked except settings.
So this seems to  be a link problem, i think nothing is missing

I do not know what is happening
When i start UBPPRO from my DVD drive i get an hardware error and the program exits.
So I am going to clean and format my SSD and try again.

Two tings happened
I removed an item that caused  some problems
there was unallocated  space before the first partition of my ssd and
after the last partition;so i deleted all the partitions and recreated them
there is still some unalocated ssace after the last partition
this is normal as the unallocated space is smaller than the size of
a sector and this is impossible to allocate.
