You can not remove winsxs. ,you can clean it, but this is the last step in Winreducer
You need to fo follow my good advice or never,never You will get a slim and goodworking  iso.
Take your time as this is impossible to do in a few weeks, it took me years to master Winreducer completedly

There are nearly 1400 items in Winreducer, I have no time to solve this.
I am the only one onto this board that gave you advice and info,

You must understand that i can not do this for You, there are to much items involved,
You can not make a working iso by  removing here & there items and expect that it works.
So take my advice
Start with Unattended & Tweaks together
Reduce Tweaks to the the maximum
Unattended do  select
Protect your PC > Turn Off Express Settings
Tweaks Do  not  select  those below
Classic GUI - Enable Classic Action Center UI
Classic GUI - Enable Classic Calendar UI
Classic GUI - Enable Classic Logon Background
Classic GUI - Enable Classic Volume Control UI
Command Prompt - Set Window transparency to 80%
Context Menu - Add Copy To another folder
Context Menu - Add Move To another folder
System - CTRL+ALT+DEL Screen - Hide Change Password
System - CTRL+ALT+DEL Screen - Hide Lock Computer
System - CTRL+ALT+DEL Screen - Hide Logoff
System - CTRL+ALT+DEL Screen - Hide Shutdown Icon
System - CTRL+ALT+DEL Screen - Hide Switch User
System - CTRL+ALT+DEL Screen - Hide Task Manager
Context Menu - Add Take Ownership (with Pause)
Context Menu - Remove Print link for .ini files
Context Menu - Remove Print link for .txt files
Taskbar - Disable Multiview Icon
Taskbar - Disable Taskbar Grouping
Taskbar - Hide Clock needed

Make This first iso , it may give You a look  of Windows XP 
Aferwards restart This iso and remove step by stap all items You do not need and retry untill this is perfect
I removed all  Modern UI Apps  , that is up to You
There can be removed a lot, that is your choice
Only when Unattended & Tweaks together are perfect,
Then this time You get a full unclutered Windows that can be slimmed down
Now go to the next step:
Accessories Languages Fonts Keyboards all together, see "How to start with Winreducer"
when this is perfect, then next step and so on


PS  always use the last perfect iso, no need to start with a full untouched iso


This is all i can do for you, the rest you need to do yourself

Thanks man, I found a new bug in windows 10 version 1903 caused by WSL Linux before installation.

- "Services - Windows Firewall Service" : If you plan to use Modern UI Apps, you MUST NOT disable this component otherwise it will break all Modern UI Apps (in TH1, TH2 and RS1). But you are able to use the remove option (the service is not completely removed at the moment)
