[EX-100 - v2.9.9.0] [19041.1.20h1.xxxxx] - Installation Setup & Windows System Setting

Hi,

* Changelog - WinReducer EX-100 - v2.3.8.0 (06 July 2020)
==> CAUTION : Be careful with all "National Language Support" components ... removing them may result in a "NLS error" during Windows installation, this is totally depend in your ISO default language ... if you experience such error, please report it in the forum

i've tested v2.3.8.0 on win10 ver.2004 (20h1) and this is the result:
- removing "National Language Support" components ... NOT ONLY "NLS error" during Windows installation also Break "Modern Ui Windows System Setting".
- this is totally depend in your ISO default language ... ONLY fix "NLS error" during Windows installation but "Modern Ui Windows System Setting" still broken.   


- To keep "Modern Ui Windows System Setting" fully functional you must not removing them, otherwise you're Andvance User who work with "Classic Windows System Setting".


here is my working presets
EX100_v2.3.8.0_x64_AiO_19041.264.amd64fre.20h1_release.200511-0456.wccf
EX100_v2.3.8.0_x86_AiO_19041.264.amd64fre.20h1_release.200511-0456.wccf
Note:
* i'm Focused on "reducing size, working OS installation setup and hardware compability"
* final wim size 1,39 GB and esd size 995 MB (EX-100.v2.3.8.0.x86/x64)

Thanks so much for sharing your settings, I couldn't get the intel graphics command center software installed via windows store to launch, till I tried your preset. Appreciated!

thanks for your Project,  i want to ask you if i want to enable windows search then in your preset which service or future i have to uncheck?
because i tired to windows 10 21h1 with store+ defender + windows serch 
store and defender are working perfectly  but windows search still not working.

I tested on latest windows 10 (21h1) and all good and except for windows update. I get an error related to a disable service.

maybe on windows 10 (21h1) windows update not needed,
i've tested on Win10 v1809 build "17763.379" (x86) and it work fine !
