Weird problem since build 19041.329 on windows 10 v2004

The problem is that since build 19041.329 on windows 10 v2004 whenever I apply either winterstorm safe on services or black viper and not even removing any components from windows the Display settings from right click on desktop or one from settings app doesnt open anymore , this issue wasnt present on build 19041.264 , the problem is still present on build 19041.388 and the error in event viewer says settings crashed in msvcrt.dll.
If anyone knows what service is responsible for this I would be really greatful.

All i can say is that i have only 11 services left and all works perfectly with windows 10 2004hi &WinReducer EX-100 - v2.3.8.0 [ALL]
I checked my iso  , all services Black  Viper & Winterstorm are removed.

in   Accessories
Display Brightness
Display Color Calibration
Display Switch
should not be removed

in  Control Panel
            Display (Files)
should not be removed

in  Drivers
Display - Mirror
should not be removed

If You have installed a screendriver it is possible that htis driver needs  a certain  National Language Support 

In Settings  do not select 
 Ease of Access      Display (Hide) 
 System - Display (Hide)

in tweaks do not select
Fonts - Disable Display Scaling on High DPI Settings

Which build do you use as base before you apply any modiffications , since this problem appears in both vm and on laptop and at this point i only tried services presets nothing else removed or tweaked?

the windows i use is Win10_2004_English_x64.iso 5,268,953,088 07/25/2020 13:13 -a-- Directly downloaded from Microsoft Server
& i use WinReducer EX-100 - v2.3.8.0 [ALL] 64 bit
I use no virtual mode to test  my isos, instead i use bootit to install it on a spare partition to test it.
You can also get into problems  if You use a older WCCF  onto a  newer Winreducer because  items could be differen and
if this is the case Winreducer could remove code that should not ne removed .
It is als0 possible  You got a (boot)virus 

If Your bootdisk is not  a MBR disk, then goto next B
Download  Bootice, a MBR Utility, at  https://files1.majorgeeks.com/2efd0661d0dd0044a3e58d1b46687888c76e646f/admin/BOOTICEx64_v1.332.rar
Run,choose your bootdisk
Push MBRCurrent MBR Type should be Windows NT 5.x MBR or Windows NT 6.x MBR
If  Unknown  probably You got a boot virus
Select Windows NT 5.x:/6.x MBR
push Install/Config,push Windows NT 6.x MBR

Download Kaspersky Rescue Disk 18.0.11.3 (11.07.2020) :

Install onto a cd and boot from CD,Scan your Disks

If no virus fond then your actual windows could broken, Install an new Windows from an original windows
and try again ti winreduce
