[ALL FOUND] [EX-100 - v2.3.8.0] [20H1 Build 19041.388] Settings app broken

the settings app closes itself when hitting anything like windows updates

im currently still testing and for my german iso the folowing components break it:

National Language Support (European - Western)
Network -> Shared Experiences
Control Panel - Game Controllers
Control Panel - Game Controllers (Files)
Control Panel - Folder Options
Control Panel - Date and Time

Microsoft Passport Service -> breaks the Accounts
Device Picker Service -> "breaks" accounts, after removing it it takes like 10-15 seconds till the Accounts window is shown
GameDVR and Broadcast User Service -> "breaks" accounts, after removing it it takes like 10-15 seconds till the Accounts window is shown
Windows Biometric Service -> "breaks" accounts, after removing it it takes like 10-15 seconds till the Accounts window is shown

OneDrive (Files On-Demand) -> breaks System
Network -> SQL Client -> breaks System
Network -> SQL Server -> breaks System

Services -> Connected Device Plattform Service is breaking System

Accessories -> Night Light

causes the desktop right click -> settings window not to open

winter said that he could not reproduce the second, but for me it happened even if only night light was removed.

I do not need your wccf,they change all the time from version,
Only Administrative Tools not removed in accessories
that way i can compare with my notes  and see of my findings could be correct.

Themes -> Themes - Ease of Access   ;break Ease of Acess -> High contrast

This option breaks if the Theme itself is remove: \Windows\Resources\Ease of Access Themes\

so i would suggest that the Theme can only be removed when Ease of Access is removed. Otherwiese there is an nasty error thrown when clicking on the High Contrast option

when i fix this i will need to retest, since when i remove every file and registry key manualla and keep the one above, the System Tab still works. 
But using winreducer, adding this key back it does not work, even when all other files and reg keys are the same

i removed 1200 components and what was left didnt break anything in settings app
