WinReducer EX-100 2.3.8.0 Service Windows Error Reporting breaking Modern UI Apps Immersive Control Panel

Finished the installation without problems when trying start Immersive Control Panel in taskbar, adjusting hour or other link the Immersive Control Panel is loaded in memory because is displayed in Task Manager, but not start and after of more of 10 seconds the "configuration" displayed in Task Manager is closed.

and  Immersive Control Panel. is present and working

The ISO is Windows 10-0-19041-264 64 bits PT-BR 20H1 with integrated latest updates.

Works fine if using Winreducer EX-100 2.3.1.
I have created several ISOs and is exactly Windows Error reporting.

My last iso is made from Win10_2004_English_x64.iso 5,268,953,088 05/28/2020 00:19 -a--
Windows Error Reporting is removed
Modern UI Apps Immersive Control Panel is present and working



And my advice is to make an iso in several parts
 First iso  to make
 Fonts Keyboards  Languages Privacy  Settings  Themes   Tweaks  Unattended

If everything is ok  use this iso for next stage :
Second iso to make :
Features , If everything is ok  use this iso for next stage :
Next iso to make
Accessories , If everything is ok  use this iso for next stage :
Next iso to make
 Control Panels, If everything is ok  use this iso for next stage :

Next iso to make
 Drivers, If everything is ok  use this iso for next stage :

Next iso to make:
Modern UI Apps, If everything is ok  use this iso for next stage :
Next iso to make:
 Multimedia, If everything is ok  use this iso for next stage :

Services: If this iso is perfectly working,do not delete this.

This iso can be used to update and clean when there are new updates available,
no need to process the former iso(s)
In doind so You can find out in which section of the iso the problem sits and
pinpoint it down


do not import a former wccf as this can give You a lot of problems, including this one

Tested integrating current Windows Updates files kb4565503 and kb4566785.
Now not is possible finish the installation first step (first installation startup when is copying files to disk).
When installation complete 100 % copying files in disk and before of restart the computer is displayed one message with problem in offlineservincing and break the installation.
The same preset was good with WREX-100 previous versions.
In LOG.file has the error lines below.

ISO is Windows 10.0.19041.264 20H! PT-BR AIO X86-X64 and when mounting selected X64 and Windows 10 PRO.

Content Delivery Manager  delivers third-party applications and games , this is not a problem error

ERROR : Configuring -> 20-07-2020 15:42:29 ==> Get Started
Get Started is a native application for Windows 10 designed by Microsoft to provide users with information about operating system features.,
This is not a problem
I have both in my log file and no problems at all

I do not have this message, somewhere You forgot to remove a  Xbox  item


But all these 3 are not causing the problems You have 
Do what I suggested You to solve your problems,

Tested with the versions 2.3.8, 2.3.7, 2.3.6, 2.3.4, 2.3.2 and 2.3.1 mounting Windows 10 Pro 20H1 64 PT-BR from an Windows 10 20H1 AIO X86 X64 PT-BR not integrating updates and only selected remove Service Windows Error Reporting.
Confirmed Service Windows Error Reporting break Immersive Control Panel.
When trying to start Immersive Control Panel seeing in Task Manager the process Configuration is started, but look how is waiting another task and thus Immersive Control Panel not start and after of several seconds the task Configuration is closed (crash ?).
If for you removing WER not break Immersive Control Panel perhaps is because your ISO is english.
Perhaps is anything related with the ISO being PT-BR ?
Another details is that if mounting an Windows 10 RS5 1809 64 PT-BR and removing Services Windows Errror Reporting not break Immersive Control Panel.

I want to install an system in next days and need try an temporary fix.
Selecting to remove Service Windows Error Reporting remove files an only the registry value in Computador\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services ? If yes I can delete the registry key of service and manually all WER files ?
I only need information about if is only one registry key to remove.

The bug really is happening in PT-BR language.
Unhappily I need to remove manually the service after finished the installation.
Try yourself to download the ISO in PT-BR language and test it.
