WINDOWS 10 v2004 : WINREDUCER 2.3.8.0 : wdf01000.sys error after install

This has been happening for about a month now. I thought the current version of winreducer would have fixed this but it has not. This only occurs using the newest windows 10 v2004 iso. This does not occur when using the same exact wccf file and windows 10 v1909 or previous editions of windows 10. This has occured on both my desktop and laptop computers, both of which are HP. No matter how many restarts, this screen always appears and prevents from booting any further.

I had a screen like this;a  few weeks earlyer, it was a driver missing driver
in Accessories 
Do not remove Application Experience (Engine)

in Drivers  do not remove 
USB Attached SCSI (USAP)
USB Hub (EHCI, UHCI, OHCI)
USB Hub (Type-C)
USB Hub (xHCI)

It is not windows Firewall Service,
In my isos there is no  windows Firewall Service

it could be Application Experience (Engine) if removed

It is simply impossible fot Winterstorm to pinpoint this as
there are to many items to investigate this, it will take him ages
and mayby he will not find it.
so do as i told You and You fill find the problem
