You should look into this, it is useless to  install programs before this is solved ,

There is something wrong with - UPDATE : "Nework - Remote Assistance" : Cleanup Improvements,
Before I always deleted  Nework - Remote Assistance without any problems
When i delete it now , them when pushing the Internet access icon onto the Taskbar i get a link
to a VPN, aldough i deleted all VPN modules into Network,
Network Access does not show up anymore in Windows 10 v 2004, in v 1209  i did not test
The same happens with - NEW : "Nework - Windows Desktop Sharing" or - NEW : "Nework - Shared Folders Wizard"
i presume .
