even when you dont remove accessories - application experience(engine)
so that installation finishes handbrake does not start at all.

There are only 2 good videoconverters
1 Allok Video to MP4 Converter  a very old video converter,converts not higher than 1920 to 1080,
so 4K and higher forget it, but WHAT A CONVERTER !!!
2  Pavtube Video Converter Ultimate , converts where all the other gets stuck
Convert 4k & more to 1920 to 1080 or less, then use Allok Video to MP4 Converter
All converters using GPU converting deliver  bad conversions with cloudy background

I know icy. I never use gpu acceleration and i always use 2-pass encoding even though
it it takes more that twice the time to complete the conversion. But my opinion is that Handbrake is an excellent converter.
