[EX-100 - v2.3.1.0] Why did my PC restart? $OEM$ folder

Hi! 

When I install Windows with unattended and with $OEM$ folder, installation works perfectly, but when I try without unattended and with the same $OEM$ folder the system just goes into Why did my PC restart loop.

I went step by step in removing in WinReducer... everything works. But with my $OEM$ folder goes into loop.

I tried different $OEM$ folder with just my [CENSORED] and it works just fine. But in my final $OEM$ where I have
some silent programs (microsoft visual c++ runtimes and winrar)doesnt work.

Can anyone help? (This is all happening without unattended... with unattended works fine)

c++ runtimes and winrar can easely been installed when Windows 10 has started
So why  put them in an $OEM$ folder
