You can compress the Systemdrive C with Win10Tweaker.
The size of my slim windows reduced with more than 2 GB.
Everything worked normal and i did noy have a slomdown at all
This was a few monts ago when I tested it.
On a bigger iso the gain shall be hgiher

Hello icy, you must have missed my linked topic. I already tried Win10Tweater and my topic show all the details. What is stated in this topic is a bug of WR and therefore I will leave this report opened.

UPDATE:
By pure fortuity I discovered that with a different configuration file it works (but I am not able to identify the differences). People reported the WinSXS folder cleanup not working while it works for me. More info here:

I suspect that winsxs folder cleanup and compression may be inter-related and one or other mat refuse to work under a particular unidentified setting.
Yes, I know that one option excludes the other and when both are selected, folder cleanup takes precedence. This has been the first thing I checked before reporting this bug.
