I wonder if it's possible to replace the 1809 explorer with the 1903 one.

The 1809 one messes up with my experiments with windows UI while the 1903 doesn't. I am especially interested about the system browser window, the one the lets you select files, folders, etc.

I don't want to use the entire 1903 windows in the first place, because there's no LTSC version yet, that will not come out before 2021.
