Cannot change Windows functionality, Intel driver assistant cannot be used, open error

Winreducer is  trying & trying, mark what works and not works
It took me years to master it 

 Look in Services :  Windows Update Service    must be present to download & install 
drivers  &  Framework 3.5 from Microsoft

Mayby You deleted something else .
You can download my list to mark what works and what not.
Start Your Winreducer with Unattended & tweaks and when this is ok,
Use it a each time as base to go farther , 1 : Features, 2 Remover one by one item ,at last Services.
Winreducer is falling down and standing up again,
In the end You will become an expert

I'm glad I solved it, figured out why, and I used the experts to clean up the SXS and break Windows update

Hi linnvirgo

I never clean anything in winsys Folder, it always give problems as some Win program and
other programs access it, This is one of the reasons for the many problems with Winreducer.
