In case if anyone wants to use the traditional Microsoft way of booting and don't mind a second or two, could you please remove the tweak that makes Windows boot in "No GUI Boot" The setting is hard coded somewhere no amount of tweak can set it off.
Here is the related thread and all the steps taken to get back to the normal boot but nothing worked.

Now with the invent of the SSD's, I don't think this is needed very much.
And even if the users are on HDD, having no boot GUI is a bad option as the user would never know when his machine got hanged or other other notifications that run on startup such as chkdsk for system partition etc.
