The installation does not end

With this parameter, the Windows installation does not end (blocked on "Preparation")

What is value="4" ?  What action do you apply on that service?
I've removed that service (Value="5") on EX100-2.2.1.1 x64  , there are no issues when removed.

From my experience with disabling dmwappushsvc (value 4) it makes windows install extremely slow,but it does eventually install.I'm still looking for a way to disable this without the slow install effect.
