If "Windows Connection Manager" Service is removed - Taskbar Network UI broken

What do you expect if you remove the manager ...

Disabled service had same results, which I didn't expect.. because I know that network-connections is responsible for Network UI.
This is new for me.
So, this is my first non-bug post.
