hey Jpm,
Tamper Protection is a setting from Windows Defender Antivirus.
If you have another AntiVirus, then remove Win Defender completely..

in fact I am using Windows Defender but to do certain operation I need to disable the tamper protection so Under my administrative account I want it disabled
