WinReducerEX100_x64.exe fails to launch if run from a folder name starting with #.
The stated OS is the launching OS and not the OS that I would be reducing.

Hey smashly
Winreducer can not be launched when there are spaces in the directory  name , this is probably  also for unusaual & special
charaters in the directory name
