need a little help

hey guys and gals... I'm trying to create an iso by removing IE. Edge,bloatware,windows defender,telemetry,game bar,Cortana, windows search and add black vipers tweaks... but all the tutorials I have read and watched are for older versions of WinReducer... If anyone can point me in the right direction, that will be great!
