[IMPLEMENTED] [EX-100 - v2.1.4.0] [RS6 Build 18362.1] disable reserved storage

Hi Winter!

I would like to mention a reg key to disable the reserved storage introduced in Windows 10. This will free up to 7GB of the installation.

Unfortunatley it seems that this tweak is not working as intended. While entering the Reg-Key manually in the WinReducer works the implementation of the tweak seems to fail somehow. Can you please check it again?

Just for your information! With EX v.2.1.7.0 and the official german ISO it seems to work already. Maybe they did change something in the meantime!

Ok after another check it seems like this feature is not enabled by default with an untouched ISO... Can somebody with another ISO (english, french, italian, spanish etc.) cross check? Thank you in advance!

To be more precise: If you install windows normaly (it does not matter if reduced or not) then the reserved storage seems to be disabled. But if you enter the sysprep mode and run the generalization process it activates automatically... very strange

Thanks for the clarification ... I'm agree with you this is really strange because this should be a new option activated in RS6 ... anyways, I solved the trouble with this tweak because I activated it instead of disabled it.

Please let me know if you find more information about this strange behavior.

Any update so far? Thought 2.1.8 was supposed to be released yesteday?

I just want to give you a heads up concernig the reserved storage... If you have an system and only upgrading from an old version this will not be activated, but with new systems it will be active. (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/whats-new/whats-new-windows-10-version-1903) Also the absence I noticed when I installed the original iso now seems to obsolete when installing the cummulative update.

@djatcan: please be patient, normaly if the release is delayed it is because Winterstorm found another bug before the release or was held of by some private stuff.

Oh its not that I wanna force or push Winterstorm, I just asked for an update, cuz he told me in another topic a few days ago that he ll realse it that day or the day after. thats it. I really apreciate his work. But maybe Winterstorm himself can tell us something about the release state. That would be great!
